2 tablespoons powdered French vanilla coffee creamer

1-1/2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

Dash of salt 

Blend all ingredients and place in a small zipper-type bag. Recipe makes about 4 servings. 

To prepare: Microwave 3/4 cup of water on high power for 1 to 1-1/2 minutes or until hot. Stir in 3 tablespoons of mix.
